I used the paper out of the stack that had sewing machines printed on it. I also used a tag from Tags, Bags, Boxes and More. The buttons and Prima Flowers are a couple add-ons I found in my craft box.

What a pretty card! I LOVE that paper! I haven't heard of that stack before. You've done such a wonderful job with the tag, flower, buttons and ribbon. Everything works together so wonderfully!
